I desided to mix it up and do a bit of everything 1 set 30 reps each with the 25 lbs dumbbells.

  • Standing Alt DB Curls 1 set 30 reps
  • Standing Alt Hammer curls 1 set 30 reps
  • Standing single back arm 1 set 30 reps
  • Standing Arnold press  1 set 30 reps

Thats it for now , doing all that back to back with out a rest might sound  easy but doing high reps it gets to you.
