I desided to mix it up and do a bit of everything 1 set 30 reps each with the 25 lbs dumbbells.
- Standing Alt DB Curls 1 set 30 reps
- Standing Alt Hammer curls 1 set 30 reps
- Standing single back arm 1 set 30 reps
- Standing Arnold press 1 set 30 reps
Thats it for now , doing all that back to back with out a rest might sound easy but doing high reps it gets to you.
