Started with the 11 lbs on the bar for warm ups. Added a pair of of 5 lbs for the work out.
- 4 sets of warm up 25 reps each 1 min rest
- 10 sets of curls 25 reps 3-5 mins rest
- 3 sets alt hammer curls 10 reps + single arm standing back arms with the 25 lbs dumbbells 15 reps-
