yes again I like the way my shoulders feel when I do these two exercises together.
doing this routine in the morning “to me” is a great feeling.
I just love how you feel the rest of the day, fit and strong.
- NO WARMUPS
- Went straight to standing side lateral raises 5 sets 10 reps 25 lb db
- Standing Alt Forward raises 5 sets 10 reps – 25 lb db
Like I said these feel great and make you look good with or without a shirt. Of course it wont happen over night one must work at it for a short period of time. But the results and friends and family’s reaction = priceless when they ask you how did you do it.
Of course keep the weight to a minimum when starting on these as the shoulder are prone to injurer.
Guys 15 – 20 lbs to start
Women 8-15 lbs to start
Keep it slow and concentrate with each on no jerking the weight.
