- 25 reps 7 sets
- 10 reps 2 “yea i know weak”lounges is not my favorite exerciser
wow weathers pretty warm and bogged me down a bit.
weather was in the 45-55 here a week ago and in early Jan. were breaking warmest weather here for this time of weather.
