Did a few sets of Wrist Curls  &  Reverse Curls with the ez bar + 5 1lb. Didn’t want to go heavy just a few sets of high reps. warm up w/ bar 2 x 50 reps each routine added 5 lbs 4 x 25 reps each routine

Dumbbell Squats

Had a nice squat workout earlier tonight. High reps low sets. Dumbbells lbs – 50 x 4 reps 200 reps total. 5 mins rest in between sets Felt good – will do the routine again tomorrow.
