It’s 12:43 am and Ghost Adventures and im just getting around to posting my 9:33 pm work out. Quick shoulder routine. Alt Shoulders Press w/db’s  25 – 3×15 rep. Forward Lateral Raise 3 x 15 reps Finished at 10 got side tracked cleaning bed room blinds what fun. Been putting it off for months.

Nothing but 50′s is just 1 x 50 reps each all dumbbell just 25 lbs. Squats 1 x 50 Dumbbell Swing 1 x 50 Stiff Leg Dead Lift 1 x 50 Toe Raise 1 x 50 broke this down in 2 sets of 25′s   200 reps total.
