9:00 pm workout with the Ez Bar and Db 25 lbs Ez Bar with all weights 5 x 21 reps Db Flys 5 x 18 reps 9:48 finished quick set feeling a bit sweaty but over all a good workout.

Had a nice squat workout earlier tonight. High reps low sets. Dumbbells lbs – 50 x 4 reps 200 reps total. 5 mins rest in between sets Felt good – will do the routine again tomorrow.
