Did chest today, been busy keeping up with some of my other blogs so I ned to get in a nice workout. warm up 25 lbs 3 x30′s ez bar added 5 + 11 + 5 in that order for chest 6 x 30′s 3-5 mins rest. DB flys 25 lbs 3 x 12...
