Yesterday I was a bit board so I decided to weight my weights on a digital scale, this is what I got. Ez Bar w/ collar 17.6 lbs Dumbbells 25 lbs weights exactly 26.2 combined 52.4 11 lbs plates weigh in at 11.6 combined total 22.6 5 lb plates weigh 5.2 lbs each Olympic weights hardly...
No workout for today. Will start up tomorrow and burn off today’s food. Have a safe Sunday all..
