Frontal Squats

Added Frontal Squats using the ez bar and very light weights, 5 lb plates. Going to heavy feels a bit awkward with the ez bar, straight bar would be best here. 5 x 25 reps no warm ups just straight to the workout

Nothing But 50′s

Nothing but 50′s is just 1 x 50 reps each all dumbbell just 25 lbs. Squats 1 x 50 Dumbbell Swing 1 x 50 Stiff Leg Dead Lift 1 x 50 Toe Raise 1 x 50 broke this down in 2 sets of 25′s   200 reps total.

Had a nice squat workout earlier tonight. High reps low sets. Dumbbells lbs – 50 x 4 reps 200 reps total. 5 mins rest in between sets Felt good – will do the routine again tomorrow.
