Did a few sets of Wrist Curls  &  Reverse Curls with the ez bar + 5 1lb. Didn’t want to go heavy just a few sets of high reps. warm up w/ bar 2 x 50 reps each routine added 5 lbs 4 x 25 reps each routine

again with the wrist curls you say, hell yea i do the same workout sometimes 3 times a week. theres no law that says you can’t. besides that i love the way my forearms and wrist feels after i finish. give this workout a try, you will feel them as well.  5 sets 40 reps each...
