Nothing but 50′s is just 1 x 50 reps each all dumbbell just 25 lbs. Squats 1 x 50 Dumbbell Swing 1 x 50 Stiff Leg Dead Lift 1 x 50 Toe Raise 1 x 50 broke this down in 2 sets of 25′s 200 reps total.
